野菊花提取物对小鼠白细胞免疫功能的影响

摘    要:本实验用水醇萃取法制备野菊花提取物,并用其不同的浓度测定了对小鼠腹腔白细胞的体外培养存活率、随机移动和趋化运动、吞噬作用和吞噬后杀菌功能的影响,表明低浓度的野菊花提取物(0.1mg/mL或0.01mg/mL)具有显著的促进作用,而较高浓度时(1mg/mL)显示较强的抑制作用;同时还探讨了野菊花制剂治疗奶牛乳房炎的药理机制。

Abstract:This paper reported the Chrysanthemum Tndicum extract's influences on viability, random migration, chemotaxis, phagocytosis and intracelluer bactericidal activity of peritoneal leukocytes from NIII mouse. It was concluded that Chrysanthemum Iridicum extract at the concentration of 1 mg/mL had the depressed action and 0. 1mg/mL or 0.01mg/mL with enhancement. The related pharmacological meanings of Chrysanthemum Indicum extract in the treatment of bovine mastitis were also discussed.
