A Research of the Financing System of Film and TV Industry——with the Fund Guarantee System of Canadian Film and TV Industry as an Example

The developmental strategy of turning China into a strong country of culture proposed by the CPC Central Committee has paved a good way for the promotion of the cultural industry.Considering the film and TV industry,some bottleneck problems still loom ahead though excellent products and good attempts have been made.However,as the saying goes that stones from other mountains can be made into jade,it is important to learn from others,drawing their effective experiences.This study aims to provide some references for the promotion of the cultural industry.
