Increase in public expenditure on education can effectively promote employment and improve the level of urbanization in China.To realize this goal,we should firstly give priority to basic education investment,enhance basic quality of labor and solve the problem of long-term employment.Secondly,increase investment in vocational education,enhance basic skills of labor force and promote short-term employment.Thirdly,continue investment in high education,enhance the level of science and technology and provide high-quality talent for economic and social development.
