自由意志的意向性与行为性——《法哲学原理》中的自由意志分析

《法哲学原理》是关于权利的哲学。黑格尔通过抽象的法、道德、国家三篇的论述阐明了自由意志或者说自由从客观、主观到主客观相统一的过程。在其客观精神阶段实现了国家这一伦理实体的绝对精神内涵，而这其中法哲学从其理论原点自由精神出发完成了自身的运动过程。通过法哲学中对作为人之为主体的“自由意志”的分析，来透视对法哲学的基本理念的理解。

The Intentionality and Behaviour Nature of Free Will——An analysis of free will in 《Principle of Statute Philosophy》

（Principle of Statute Philosophy） is about the philosophy of rights. Hegel,based on the three essays about the abstract law, moral and state, elaborated free will, or rather, freedom from being objective to subjective and to the unification of both. At the stage of its objective sparit, the connotation of the absolute spirit of state, an ethical entity, can be achieved, and at the same time, the statute philosophy, by starting from free spirit which is its theoretical origin,finishes the process of its own motion. Therefore, the understanding of the basic principle about statute philosophy should be perceived through the analysis of ＂free will＂, the subject of human being in statute philosophy.
