| 摘 要： | 蒙古语授课高等教育是蒙古族高等教育的重要组成部分。随着学分制管理在蒙古族高等教育的应用，蒙古语授课高等教育面临一系列新形势与新问题。其中，高校蒙古语授课班级管理工作受到学分制影响较大。新的教育发展背景下，传统的蒙授班级管理方法已不适用于学分制条件下蒙授班级管理工作。汉语授课班级管理方法简单套用于蒙授班级，容易出现忽略蒙授班级个性特征的问题。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the approach and method of Mongolian teaching class management ,based on the philosophies of Mongolian teaching class management under credit system .The class adviser ,the class tutor and class cadre is the basic approach of Mongolian teaching class management .The democratic management ,the effective evaluation and incentive system , the strengthen individual education , the flowing information , the combination of concern and strict requirements and the establishing a typical are specific methods used in Mongo -lian teaching class management of Colleges and U niversities . |
