| 摘 要： | 幸福观是西方伦理思想史上最重要的内容,对此密尔也做出了功利主义的界定和阐述。他通过对个人幸福与社会幸福、幸福与德性、幸福与个性发展等相关概念及其关系的分析,阐明了功利主义的“最大幸福原则”。这种在社会层面上兼顾德性和个性自由的幸福观,对中国社会转型时期的伦理构建,有着重要的启发意义。

| Abstract: | In the history of west ethics thoughts happiness view is a very important ethics content,John Stuart Mill formed his utilitarianism happiness view on the foundation of Jeremy Bentham＇s happiness. By analyzing the utilitarianism happiness standpoint of Mill in detail, beginning with the Mill＇s definition of ＂happiness＂ , the paper discusses the characteristics of happiness： unification of personal happiness and public happiness, unification of happiness and virtue, unification of happiness and the development of character,and in the construction of ethics in our transitional society we can learn from the inspiring meaning of the ideas of his ＂happiness＂ view that contains virtue and free personality. |
