马克思主义中国化的实践主导与文化扬弃方法——以党员违法加重处罚思想的中国化为例

实践主导与文化扬弃已成为马克思主义中国化的研究范式和分析方法。马克思主义中国化研究不能满足于宏大叙事，还要就具体观点“如何化”解决实现路径问题。列宁首倡的“加重对党员判罪”思想，其精神实质就是提高党的执政水平和领导水平，以及在此过程中反对特权、从严治党。通过实践主导与文化扬弃，这一马克思主义观点在中国共产党局部执政时期得以继承，形成了“共产党员有犯法者从重处罚”论断，在中国共产党全面执政后得以发展和弘扬。现时代马克思主义中国化仍不能止步，与中国特色社会主义建设伟大实践相映衬，文化扬弃仍然要实现“同传统观念彻底决裂”的历史任务。

The Method of Practice-based and Culture Sublation of Marxism Sinicization --Taking the Sinicization of the Idea of Communist Offenders Severely Punished as an Example

The practice-based with cultural sublation has become the research paradigm and analyti- cal method of Marxism sinicization. Marxism sinicization study can not be satisfied with merely grand nar- rative, but also on the specific point of view ＂how to＂ resolve to achieve path problem. The ＂heavier＂ thought of Lenin, has essence to improve the governance and leadership of the party, and in this process against privilege ,being strict on party members convicted. Through practice-based and cultural subla- tion,this Marxist viewpoint was inherited in the local reign of the Communist Party of China, and resulted in the assertion of the ＂Communist offenders severely punished＂, which was developed and carried for- ward after the full ruling of Communist Party of China. Today Marxism sinicization 1 can not stop, against the background of the great practice of building the socialism with Chinese characteristics, the culture sublation still need a complete break with the traditional concept.
