收入分配"问题观"的系统构造

目前在收入分配问题研究中存在诸多问题或缺憾的根本原因在于规范研究方面的不足或滞后,在于缺乏一个科学、系统和统一的“问题观”的指导。系统构造这样一个“问题观”,对于我们正确科学地认知和分析收入分配问题,以及有效地解决这些问题,意义重大。构造收入分配“问题观”需要有一系列具体的原则来指导,“问题观”的基本内容包括内涵、外延、性质、原因、生成机理、解决办法等。

Systematically Structuring "Problem View" in Researching Income Distribution

There are many problems and regrets in the research of income distribution nowadays. The basic reason lies in lack or delay of the normative research, lies in lack of guiding by a scientific, systematic and unified "view on problem". It possess great significance to structure systematically such a "view on problem" for us to recognize, analysis and resolve these problems. The structuring requires a series of particular principles, it's contents includes the connotation, the external scope, the nature, the cause, the generating mechanism and the solution, etc..
