| 摘 要： | 本文对BOT项目的融资方式及其演化形式做了简单介绍,讨论了高校基础设施建设利用BOT融资的可行性,并对高校内哪些基础设施建设可使用BOT做了说明,最后通过一个实例说明高校内使用BOT的投资模式完全有可能实现双赢,既可解决就业问题,还可带动本地的经济发展。

| Abstract: | This thesis gives a brief introduction of the financing mode and evolution of BOT item,explores the feasibility of financing with BOT in the university foundation facilities,and finally explains what facilities can be financed with BOT in the construction of university foundational facilities.Through an example,the thesis shows that it is quite possible to achieve allwin by using the investment mode of BOT in universities. |
