派遣制员工的心理契约特征分析

摘    要:文章通过对派遣制员工身份特殊性及派遣制员工契约管理的内涵的分析,提出了派遣制员工的心理契约概念和特点。认为派遣制员工心理契约的主要特点是:以工作绩效换取可持续的就业能力,具有"双雇主责任倾向"的复杂内涵,具有较高的不稳定性和不同职业生涯阶段及职位的差异性等。

Abstract:The paper analyzes characteristics of the dispatched personnel,putting forward the concept of the psychological contract of the dispatched personnel and their managerial connotation.It is deemed that their psychological contract is characterized by bartering continuable employment by work achievement,double employer responsibility tendency,unstable and differences at various career stages,etc.
