| Abstract: | From the international model comparison of the research management system in the west countries, this paper focuses on the contradictions and problems in formation and development of the university＇s research functions. This paper also put forward some effective suggestions on how to develop and perfect the competition and cooperation mechanism of China＇s scientific research. |
