脲酶抑制剂在奶牛饲养中应用的研究

摘    要:将18头黑白花奶牛分为泌乳量、胎次、泌乳月相近的三组,分别饲以精料补充料Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ。糖料补充料Ⅰ含有11%的豆饼,在等能等氮分别添加0.1%和0.02%脲酶抑制剂的前提下,用尿素取代精料补充料Ⅰ中全部豆饼构成精料补充料Ⅱ和Ⅲ。结果表明:三组试牛泌乳量、乳脂率、血液尿素氮、日增重和体增重校正标准乳差异均不显著(P>0.05),但Ⅰ组试牛日增重和体增重校正标准乳有提高趋势,而Ⅱ、Ⅲ组试牛泌乳量有上升趋势。由上述结果可知,在奶牛饲养中适当应用脲酶抑制剂,不仅安全,对泌乳量无负效应,而且可节约蛋白质饲料,因而具有较大的应用潜力。

Abstract:A rotal of eighteen dairy catties (Holsteirr---Friesian ) devided into three groups with similar milk yield , parity,and Jactation month were alloted to three concentrate supply-ment feeds. Concentrate supplyment feed 1 contained 1 I percent soybean meal. Concentrate supplymet feed II and II were formulated by means of replacing all soybean mea! of concentrate supplyment I with urea and supplymenting 0. 1 or 0. 02 percent urea.se inhibitor, respectively, on condition that the content of energy and nitrogen was kept equal. The results showed that dairy catties in the three groups did not differ significantly (P>0. 05) in milk yield, milk fat percentage, blood urea nitrogen, average daily gain, or fal and body weight, gain corrected milk yield , but average daily gain and fat and body weight gain corrected milk yield of dairy catties in I group, milk yield of dairy catties m II or III group tended to in crease. It was concluded from above results that application of urcasc inhibitor not only had no negative effect on milk capacity without danger, but also save protein feeds so that urease inhibitor has immense applicable potential in dairy cattle feeding.
