| 摘 要： | 教育的国家本位观彰显工具论价值取向，教育的个人本位观则彰显目的论价值取向。教育现代化的终极目标就是促进人的现代性的发展。教育的社会本位观所内蕴的教育国家本位观和个人本位观在现代教育法的价值体系中具有内在的统一性。教育法治化内蕴了教育现代化应然的价值指向。

| Abstract: | The priority view of a nation's education is to show the instrumentalism value.The individual's priority view of education is to show the teleology value.The ultimate goal of the education modernization is to promote human's modernity.The national and individual priority views of education,which are contained in the social priority view of education,have a unity in the value system of modern education law.The value tendency of modern education is implied in the modern education law. |
