| 摘 要： | 民法基本原则是民法的宗旨,是基本准则,是制订、解释、执行和研究民法的出发点。民法的基本原则贯穿于整个民法制度和民法规范之中,从根本上体现了民法所调整的商品经济关系和其他社会关系的本质要求,是民法精神实质之所在,其重要性不言而喻。因此,研究民法基本原则,无疑具有重要的理论和实践意义。

| Abstract: | The basic principle of the Civil Law is the aim of the Civil Law and also the starting point for stipulating,implementing,and studying the Civil Law.It is an objective request for legal representatives to fully understand and master the key points of the basic principle.This article expounded the relevant terms based on the theories about the Civil Law,in the hope of providing assistance in the practice. |
