| 摘 要： | 在对中国古代逻辑思想史研究的考察中，提出需要讨论的问题。沿着横向的研究路径，通过分析“名”的本义、“名”的产生、“名”的分类、“名”的作用、命“名”的要求、“名”与“实”的关系、“名”与“正名”的关系以及“正名”的规则，对“名”究竟是什么进行了较为全面地诠释，旨在不断逼近“名”在先秦逻辑思想史中的本真涵义。
