| 摘 要： | 在新的历史时期，作风建设是推进党的建设新的伟大工程的重要组成部分。本文结合学习贯彻党的十六大、十六届三中全会精神，阐述加强作风建设的重要性和必要性，并就如何加强和改进新时期领导干部思想作风、学风、工作作风、领导作风和生活作风建设提出自己的看法。

| Abstract: | In this new historical epoch, construction of work style is of great significance to the progress of the Party. After studying and implementing the spirit of the Party's 16th National People's Congress as well as the 3rd Plenary Session, the thesis expounds the importance and necessity of strengthening work style construction. In addition, the author sets forth his own opinion as to how to strength and ameliorate work style construction of leaders and cadres regarding ideology, study, work, leadership and life. |
