| 摘 要： | 宪政作为现代政治生活的样式已经渐渐成为人类的共识,成为各国人民追求的目标。人权与宪政存在着不可分割的关系,人权保障是宪政的首要价值。重点从动因与路径两个方面对我国法治进程中的人权宪政建设进行分析。

| Abstract: | Constitutional construction,as a model of modern politics life,has been a common opinion for human beings.It has also been an aim which people all over the world pursue.Human being rights and constitutional construction have inextricable relationship.Human beings rights protection is the capital value for constitutional construction.The article analyzes the constitutional construction in human being rights from causes and approaches during the process of rule of law. |
