| 摘 要： | 今日高校,依法治校已成为一个主旋律,而考试舞弊现象的客观存在却考验着高校依法治校的进程。如何对大学生的考试舞弊行为进行有效的防范和治理,是一个值得深思的问题。本文试图从行政法学的角度,在分析考试舞弊处理的现状、存在的问题的基础上,提出相应的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | In today's institutions of higher learning,running school according to law has become the central theme,but the objective existence of cheating in the examination is challenging the process of running school according to law.How to guard against and control cheating in the examination is a hot topic that deserves deep consideration.Based on the administrative legal science,the paper analyses the status quo and existing problems in dealing with cheating in the examination,and puts forth corresponding measures and suggestions. |
