摘    要:自由精神是萨特整个艺术与美学批评理论的核心.在艺术创作、艺术接受、艺术功能三个方面,展现了萨特在艺术世界中寻绎自由实现自由捍卫自由的美学思路及其从个人(作者、读者)走向群体(社会、人类)之道儒相济的审美视角.这对我们今日重新认识艺术的自由本质,仍有其不可忽视的意义.

Abstract:Free spirit is the core of Sartre's theory of arts and aesthetics.Therefore the explaination in the aspects of artistic creation ,artistic acceptation and artistic function,we can emerge his aesthetic thinking which was used to search for freedom,achieve freedom and protest freedom in artistic field.At the same time,we can find his aesthetic angle of view,a visual angle of mutal supplement of Taoists and confucianists , a visual angle of aelwaneing towards groups (human species and society) from individual (author and reader ).All these still play an important role and have unignored significance to an afresh understanding the free essence of arts today.
