摘    要:中国入世以后 ,中国的高等教育由精英化教育阶段走向大众化教育阶段 ,这在教育领域内引发了一场新的、极为深刻的变革 ,对地方综合性大学来讲 ,将面临着生存与发展的竞争。地方综合性大学能否适应形势的需要 ,关键在于教学的质量能否为社会所公认 ,而影响教学质量的“重要因素”——教学观念、师资队伍、教材和教学过程能否适应形势的需要 ,是地方综合性大学要考虑的头等大事。

Abstract:After entering WTO, China has stepped into massive essence education stage to education stage from, As a result, changes are lead to with motivation and intention in educational field. The Locally comprehensive colleges and universities have to face the consequences of competition of existence and development. For this the fetal point is the recognition of the teaching quality by the public. The important influencing factors on teaching quality are the concept of teaching, the Faculty, the textbooks, and the teaching process which are everything for these institutions to think.
