| Abstract: | The meaning of language has been an important factor influencing the development of Chinese grammaticism since the publication of Mashi Wentong. For over a hundred years, the research of Chinese grammar has undergone a change in stress from meaning to form and finally to the combination of the two, changing itself gradually from imitation to self-consciousness and becoming more and more mature and scientific. |
