论当前大学生法制观念的培养——基于对我校900名大学生的抽样调查

对我校900名大学生法制观念现状的抽样调查显示：大学生的法制观念有值得肯定的一面,但仍然存在着＂对权力心存畏惧与无奈、对平等理解不深入、权利意识淡薄、诚信行为选择从众性明显＂等不足,同时体现出＂法制观念与学生年级高低呈反比关系＂和＂文科生法制观念强于理工科学生＂两个显著特点。培养大学生的法制观念,一是要着力发挥校园法制教育的主阵地作用,二是要大力优化社会法治环境,三是要充分发挥家庭法制教育的积极作用。

Analysis on the Development of Legal Sense for Undergraduates——In View of a Sampling among 900 Undergraduates of East China Jiaotong University

A sampling of legal sense among 900 undergraduates in East China Jiaotong University shows that undergraduates＇ legal sense has a positive side,but it is still inadequate because of fear to power,plainness in understanding to equality,thinness in right sense and comfortable psychology in credibility choice. Meanwhile,there are two obvious features of ＂approximately linear dependency between legal sense and grades＂ and ＂stronger legal sense of liberal arts undergraduates than science-and-technology undergraduates＂. To develop undergraduates＇legal sense,we should make full use of the chief front of schooling,perfect social rule-of-law environment,and give full play to positive effect of family legal education.
