| 摘 要： | 鸦片战争前后 ,地主阶级改革派人士针对外贸领域出现的新情况、新问题 ,提出了严禁鸦片贸易 ,实施区别对待的外贸政策和许多具有保护贸易色彩的主张和观点 ,为近代“商战”思想的产生准备了充分的思想原料 ,标志着近代贸易保护意识开始萌芽。

| Abstract: | Around the Opium War, innovators among landlord class suggested opium trade be banned and foreign trade policy of treating respectively be carried out in light of the neo situation and neoissue. In addition,propositions and opinions which literally featured trade protection were simultaneously advocated, which ideologically prepared for the emergence of "Trade Competitiveness" and physically symbolized the budding of trade protection idea in modern times. |
