Capability Integration of Knowledge Workers and Efficiency of Enterprises

In the 21st century, the added value of enterp rises is mainly created by knowledge workers instead of physical workers and the business environment faced by enterprises has become more unpredictable and cha ngeable. Correspondingly, it has become an important problem to know how to impr ove the efficiency of both the knowledge workers and the enterprises.
