| 摘 要： | 提高自主创新能力,建设创新型国家,是国家发展战略的核心。区域作为国民经济的重要组成部分,大力培育自主创新文化已成为推动创新型国家建设的重要支撑。笔者在论述自主创新文化特性的基础上,研究了区域自主创新文化作用的机制,提出了区域自主创新文化的建设路径。
