| 摘 要： | 把汉语为母语,正在学习英语为第二外语的50名英语专业的大学生作为测试对象通过翻译法及随后的访谈调查研究他们在应用英语习语过程中语言迁移的作用。通过分析和总结发现受试对象在英语习语应用过程中具有不同的语言迁移现象。对今后英语习语教学和学习提出建议。

| Abstract: | English idioms are one of the most difficult areas of foreign language teaching and learning for EFL teachers and students.In this article 50 participants in all are asked to translate 30 sentences containing an idiomatic expression in each sentence into English,thus whether or not language transfer is taking effect in the process of production of idioms by Chinese EFL learners is tracked down.Pedagogical implications would be achieved for both Chinese ESL learners and teachers through this research. |
