| 摘 要： | 法律文化是内化在法律思想、法律制度、法律设施及其行为模式之中,并在精神和原则上引导或制约其发展的一般观念和价值体系,是人类追求生活秩序化和社会正义性的本质表达。通过对中美法律文化的比较,探讨中美法律文化的主要差异及这些差异对法律翻译产生的影响。

By comparing Chinese legal culture with American legal culture, the author tries to discuss the major differences between them, as well as the impact the differences have on the legal translation. |
