论教师理想人格的价值

摘    要:教师理想人格对自我个体的价值在于:恒定道德准则,保持行为一贯;赢得外部人和,促进事业成功;通达世态炎凉,升华人生境界。对校园群体的价值在于:沟通学生情感,强化教育效果;诠释客观真理,提供行为榜样;消解负面影响,净化育人环境。对社会整体的价值在于:倡导先进文化。灌输人文精神;提供智力支持,推动社会发展;播撒正义火种,影响社会公众。

Abstract:The values of a teacher' s ideal personality for self - identity are as follows: establishing moral principles, holding persistent behaviors,conciliating the exterior support of people, promoting his career,understanding the ways of the world,and subliming his viewpoint of life. The values for the campus community are known as: helping the communication of the students, consolidating the educational effects, interpreting the real truth, setting good examples of behaviors,clearing up side effects,and purifying the educating environment. The values for the society are viewed as: advocating advanced cultures, infusing humanities, providing intellectual support, fostering the social development,seeding justice kindling,and influencing the public.
