论毛泽东的宗教思想

毛泽东的宗教思想是马克思主义与中国宗教问题的具体实际相结合的产物,是中国化的马克思主义宗教观,具体体现在:建立与宗教界政治上团结合作、信仰上互相尊重的反帝爱国统一战线;坚持宗教信仰自由的基本政策;遵循宗教产生、发展和消亡的规律,不能用行政命令和强制的方法去消灭宗教;研究宗教,做好信教群众的工作。

On Mao Zsetung's Religious Thought

Mao Zsetung's Religious Thought is the fruit of the combination of Marxism's materialism dialectics and the actual situation of Chinese religions. It maintains that the patriotic united front of anti-imperialist should be based on the unity and cooperation in religion and politics and respect for each other in belief; the freedom in religious belief, a fundamental policy, should be sticked to; the principle of religion's appearance, development and disappearance should be followed; religions should be studied and divinity should be criticized; and the mass who believe in religion should be esteemed and instructed properly. These are religious insights of Chinese Marxism.
