| 摘 要： | 提出了执政党可持续发展的新概念及其基本内涵和构成要素,分析了影响执政党可持续发展的主要因素,总结了中国共产党及国外执政党实现自身可持续发展的基本经验和教训,并从加强执政党的意识形态建设、执政资源建设、执政能力建设、先进性建设和优化执政环境等15个方面提出了实现执政党可持续发展的基本对策。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward a new concept of sustainable development of the ruling party and its major constituents,analyzes the primary factors which may affect the sustainable development of the ruling party,and summarizes the important experiences and lessons of carrying out the sustainable development of the Chinese Communish Party and parties abroad.On this basis,some essential countermeasures have been advanced from 15 aspects,such as strengthening the construction of the ideology,ruling resources,ruling competence,advancement,and promoting the ruling eviroment,etc. |
