构建中国农村养老方式——以江苏两镇为例

选择“先老后富”的江苏省苏中沙沟、临泽两镇作为研究对象,通过实地调查,发现两地农村家庭养老易产生纠纷但比例不高,农村家庭可以照顾老人但时间不能保证,两代人分居较明显,家庭养老潜在风险较大,但农民很少办理养老保险,当前两地物质供养成本低但医疗、丧葬等费用高。中国农村应当以家庭为养老载体,解决家庭养老存在的问题,完善养老保险方案,探索家庭养老的社会化。

Meanwhile, the ways of supporting the old should be innovated and a fine plan should be drawn up to lead the aged a comfortable life.
