| 摘 要： | 盾构施工技术具有高效、安全、优质的优点,在隧道与地下工程的掘进中得到越来越广泛的应用。盾构机作为盾构法施工的大型专用机械设备,其选型既涉及到地层条件,又涉及到盾构机本身的设计、各部件的配置以及盾构对地层条件的适应性。由于盾构机的造价很高,其选型还必须考虑我国的国情以及施工单位的承受能力。介绍了盾构的种类与组成、盾构选型的原则及盾构施工法的衬砌形式;讨论了盾构机国产化的有关问题。

| Abstract: | Shield machines are different from common construction machines as a special large-scale equipment for shield method and its selection must involve geologic conditions, machine dimension, configuration of components and its applicability to the soils. The situation of our country and construction enterprises must also be considered when selecting a shield machine for its high price. In the paper,shield category,its components,the principle of shield selection and linging style are introduced.The problem of shield nationalization is also discussed. |
