| 摘 要： | 魏晋时期，频繁的战争、残酷的政治角逐、饥荒灾难的冲击和此起彼伏的农民起义造成了极度混乱、黑暗的社会现实，乱世杀伐，生命遭受的戕害分外突出，这一切都激发了魏晋士人个体生命意识的觉醒。如何实现人生的目标，在短暂的生命瞬间，追求个体生命价值的永恒，成为魏晋士人生命意识的主题。到了正始时期，玄学思想影响了士人的精神面貌，而且也促使士人生命价值观发生改变，士人追求的是一种“越名教而任自然”的理想人格模式，向往的是挣脱荣名的束缚，超越礼教，高扬自我，寻求一种超现实的生命价值。
