| 摘 要： | 改革开放三十多年来，马克思主义人权思想与中国实际相结合，实现了理论的中国化，而对这一过程所体现规律的揭示是至关重要的。为此从四个方面做了阐述，即坚持了唯物史观的理论指引，以实现人的自由和全面发展为奋斗目标，这一过程始终伴随对西方主流人权思想的批判，是马克思主义普遍真理与中国实际相结合的典范。四个方面相互结合共同实现了马克思主义人权理论的中国化。

| Abstract: | It has been more than thirty years since Chinese reform. The combination between the Marxism human rights theory and Chinese practice. In order to find the rule, this paper expounds from four ways：it adhere to the guiding of historical materialism,it make the people＇s overall development as the goal,it always criticize west current theory of human rights in this process,it is the model of combining the Marxism theory with china＇s reality. |
