| 摘 要： | 三线建设是新中国历史上第一次大规模的集中的西部开发.三线建设战略决策的形成是各种因素综合作用的结果.本文从国家安全、工业布局、反修防修以及中国现代化的发展战略、指导思想和运行规律等几个方面对影响三线建设决策的相关因素进行了初步分析.

| Abstract: | The Third-front construction was the first large-scale and concentrative western develop- ment movement in the history of the People's Republic of China. The Third-front construction policy was made after a comprehensive study of various factors. This essay gives an initial analysis of the factors affecting the third-front construction policy-making, such as state safety, industrial distribution, the struggle against and prevention of revisionism, the strategy of modernization, the guiding ideology and its functioning rules, etc. |
