从个人德行到政治伦理——以贞、孝、忠为中心的考察

笔者从贞、孝、忠的源起、沿革及功能入手,研究三者从个人德行到政治伦理的转变过程,认为它们因具有秩序功能而被皇权纳入政治体系。秩序无疑是任何时代、任何社会都需要的,那么公权力在维护秩序的时候,是否应该受到限制,民众的私生活是否应该独立于公权力之外,则是被政治化的贞、孝、忠留给我们的思考。

From Individual Morality to Political Ethic

Starting with the historical origins,evolutions and social functions of the chastity,filial piety and loyalty,the article analyzes these three concepts'changing processes from individual morality to political ethic.This article holds the idea that they were brought into the system of political ethic by the imperial power because of their functions of maintaining social order.The order is no doubt necessary in any times and in any societies.So when the public authority executes its duty to preserve order,with the rethinking of political chastity,filial Piety and loyalty,we should reflect further on whether the public power should be restrict in a certain scope and whether the people's privacy should be independent of it.
