| 摘 要： | 随着高校辅导员角色功能的不断拓展,辅导员的职业指导能力显得越来越重要。辅导员的职业指导能力主要包括就业指导课教学能力、就业信息搜集处理能力、职业咨询与辅导能力、就业调查研究能力、就业推介能力等,它呈现出综合性、实践性、发展性、前瞻性的特点。当前应从注重学习、培训、实践、调查研究等方面提升辅导员的职业指导能力。
