| 摘 要： | 虚拟企业的临时性和动态性特点使其可迅速有效地集成为满足某个特定市场机遇所需的全部资源,从而对市场变化作出快速、积极的响应。确定组成虚拟企业的合作伙伴是虚拟企业运作成功最为关键的一步,因此,虚拟企业合作伙伴选择综合评价指标体系和具体的评价方法就成为了一个极具价值的研究主题。

| Abstract: | The temporary and dynamic characters of virtual enterprises render that they can integrate all resources satisfying a given marketing demand effectively in a short time and react to market movement rapidly and positively. The most crucial process of succeeding in virtual enterprises is league partner choosing. So, the evaluation system of virtual enterprises league partner and evaluation method becomes a very important subject. |
