| 摘 要： | 应用利益集团理论,研究利益集团对三农问题的影响,通过对农民维权行为边际成本与收益分析发现解决三农问题之重点和难点在于农民建立紧密、专业的组织以代言自己的利益,从转变思想、改革制度、教育、遏制寻租活动四个方面入手,扶植农民利益集团。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers in China from the perspective of theory of interest group and, meanwhile, analyzes the marginal cost and marginal income of fanners' right-protecting behavior. It is discovered that the main point and difficult point to solve these problems is to set up agricultural interest group. Based on China's domestic situation, this paper argues that in order to promote the formation and sound development of agricultural interest group, the government should change the conception, conduct reforms in system, offer support and standardization from various aspects. |
