| 摘 要： | 中外合作办学是对我国教育体制一种重要的变革,是结合我国现行相关法律制度,从促进我国教育事业的发展,培养综合性、国际性以及复合型人才的角度,完善现行教育体制而建立的一项重要体制。针对中外合作办学中相关法律的不足提出相关法律建言,以期对完善相关立法起到借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The emergence of co-running schools with foreign countries is a major reform in Chinese educational system.How to take legal measures to promote it in the right direction has become overwhelmingly important.This paper comprehensively describes the process of legal systematization of co-running schools with foreign countries.It makes comments on the present legal system and points out its defects as well.This paper also puts forward some useful suggestions on legislation. |
