| 摘 要： | 本文以地处库区的万州为研究对象 ,通过以奉节和开县为代表的贫困县与相对富裕县在人口、科技、卫生、文化、教育、思想等方面素质的比较基础上 ,提出了提高人口素质的八条对策。

| Abstract: | Taking Wanzhou as the research object, on the basis of comparing the quality of population between poverty county and relative rich county which taking Fengjie and Kaixian as the representative from several aspects such as science and technology, hygiene, culture, education, ideas and etc., this paper puts forward eight countermeasures of developing the population quality of Three gorges reservoir area. |
