| Abstract: | Deliberative democracy is an important form putting democracy into practice.It starts logically form the benefit diversity,acts public deliberation as the core contents,takes social harmony as value claim,takes the rule of the system as the basic guarantee.Deliberative democracy is the perfection and improvement for electoral democracy,autonomous democracy and negotiation democracy.It has extremely important meaning to develop deliberative democracy. |
