| Abstract: | This paper studied on the present situation and problems of science and research in institutes and universities in Hubei province through methods such as documentation,investigation and system analysis and so on.The author posed some developing countermeasures on this basis.They will be a reference to improving the science and research's level in local institutes and universities in Hubei province,and promoting the development of economy in its area. |
