| 摘 要： | 本文在列举企业重组过程中人力资源和财物资源的配置依据和方法,从历史的、系统的视角作出分析、评价和比较,提出合理任何一种配置方法都有它存在的合理性,没有最好,只有更好.不同企业要在充分认识和分析自己所处的发展阶段、市场环境、社会环境的基础上,对自己所拥有的资源做出合理的配置选择.

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward the basis and method for the redisposition of resources in enterprise merging. It holds that any matching method has its reasonability, where there is no best,but better, based the author's analysis, evaluation omparison, from a historical and historical point of view. Different enterprises must make a wise choice with a full knowledge of their of their own development stages, market and social environment. |
