| 摘 要： | 企业软实力是企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分,在企业发展建设中的作用越来越重要。而企业创新能力是企业软实力的生长因子,是影响其形成的关键因素。笔者在对企业软实力的内涵和外延进行充分分析的基础上,系统研究企业软实力形成的影响因素,并利用DEA方法对关键因素的效率进行评价,找出企业软实力形成过程中存在的主要问题,为企业培育软实力提供依据。
