| 摘 要： | 文章围绕着《北京宪章》这一主题,对建筑学发展的历史、现状、未来提出了一些观点和看法,认为《北京宪章》是对现代建筑批判史的继承和反思,具有历史的必然性和时代发展的必要性;对于目前的中国建筑业来说,《北京宪章》如同一张跨世纪的"识路地图";在未来一段时期内,必须围绕广义建筑学理论,展开多方面思考,重点解决关于建筑理论、可持续发展、建筑技术等问题。

| Abstract: | Revolving around the Beijing Charter, the article proposes some views of the history, present condition and future of architectural development. The Beijing Charter inherits and asks questions of the history of criticism of modern architecture, symbolizing the inevitable trend of history and the necessity of the development of the times. As for the present condition of Chinese architectural industry, the Beijing Charter affords us a century "guiding map". In the days to come, we must, by drawing upon theories of integral architecture, pay more attention to solving the following problems:architectural theory, sustainable development and architectural technology. |
