| 摘 要： | 马克.吐温的短篇小说的写作风格、语言特色、作品主题及其不同时期作品的同质性和异质性都表征了作者在其创作中以幽默讥讽的语言、合理巧妙的情节构建寓意深刻的主题揭示了资本主义的实质和表达对生命意义的解读及对人性复归的渴望。

| Abstract: | This paper,through a study of Mark Twain's typical short stories,analyzes his writing style,linguistic traits and the themes as well as the homogeneity and heterogeneity of his works at different periods.The authors conclude that Mark Twain best reveals the nature of capitalism,well interprets life and longs for the return of humanity through his humorous and ironic language,clever plots and rich connotations. |
