| 摘 要： | 陕北特产红枣因其丰富的营养价值成为陕北人赖以生存的经济食物,渗透到生活的各个领域,又因“早生贵子”等生殖、生命的意义(为中心)形成了独特的红枣化。这和红枣固有的贫富成宜的品质有关,也和陕北人枣食工艺的审美修养和红枣崇拜有关。

The Symbolic Meaning of the Date Jujube Culture of Northern Shaanxi |

| Abstract: | Date jujube, as a special produce of Northern Shaanxi, is rich in nutrients and has become a food useful for the survival of the people there. It is so widespread and so rich in symbolic meanings like "early birth" that a particular culture related to it has been formed. This is closely related to its suitability for both the rich and the poor and to the people's aesthetic culture of processing dates and date worship. |
