| 摘 要： | 该文基于自组织理论分析了石河子垦区生态环境建设所取得的成就和存在的问题,并就新形势下垦区生态环境建设进行了探讨,认为以灌溉农业为主的垦区在生态建设上必须始终以土地和水资源的合理利用为基础,同时促进生态、经济、社会和人文的协同发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the concept of self-organization, major achievements and problems of eco-environment development in Shihezi reclamation area are discussed and some suggestions about eco-environment development of Shihezi reclamation area in the new era are also put forward. The paper holds that reasonable utilization of land and water resources is the key link in ecological development if the reclamation area takes irrigation as the major agriculture, at the same time simultaneous development of ecology, economy, society and humanity should be stimulated. |
