江苏农村居民收入差距问题的一个分析视角：基于要素角度的分析

江苏农村居民收入最近几年虽然保持稳步增长的态势,但伴随收入增长的是收入分配差距的扩大。从要素收入的角度出发,以江苏2005年农户层次的调查数据为基础,对农村居民收入按收入来源进行重新划分,运用基尼系数及其分解方法,考察资本、劳动、土地各要素收入以及转移性收入对收入差距的影响,研究结果表明:由于劳动力报酬的差异,工资收入对农村居民收入差距起到了重要作用,地租收入作为一项新兴的收入来源,也对农村居民的收入差距发挥了重要作用。

An analytical point of view for income inequality of rural residents in Jiangsu Province: from the perspective of principal factors

Recent years witnessed a steady increase in the income of rural residents in Jiangsu Province,but the increase accompanied with the widened gap of inequality.On the basis of survey data at farm level in Jiangsu province in 2005,from the factor income point of view,through categorizing the farmer's income according to their income source,and by employing Gini index and the decomposition of the Gini index,authors studied the impact of capital,labor,land and transfer income on income inequality.The result shows that,because of the difference reward of labor,wage produces the important impact on the inequality.Land rents,as a new source of income,also generates the important impact on the inequality.
